Smee + Busby Architects was established with two people in 2004. Today, partners Gregor R. Smee, AIA and J. Scott Busby, AIA lead a staff of talented people coming from a variety of design and technical backgrounds. In the course of their careers, individuals in our office have worked on many different project types. Our capabilities range from Renderings for fund raising, Programming, Site/Building Master Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Contract Administration and Close-Out, and more.
