Wellbeing has multiple dimensions : Physical, Emotional, Financial, Intellectual, Spiritual & Social. In pursuit of happiness, we focus more on areas like Financial, Physical & Intellectual wellbeing and often get so busy that we lose grip on Emotional, Social and Spiritual wellbeing.
