SNOW is named after the points of the compass, South - North - East - West, which are at the beginning of each task. At the beginning of every creative process, the object is limited to its orientation to the sun and the cardinal directions. Each cardinal direction has its own spiritual effectiveness, which is incorporated into the creative process. The SNOW family consists of 31 employees working in two locations, Innsbruck and Carinthia. The average age of the young team is just about 29 years.
