The Social Security Tribunal (SST) is an independent administrative tribunal. It hears appeals from Canadians when they disagree with the governments decision about their Employment Insurance (EI) benefits; Canada Pension Plan (CPP) benefits, including CPP disability benefits; and Old Age Security (OAS) benefits, including the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS).
