SOERA

SOERA is a seven-year (2021-2028) USAID/UKaid activity to help the Government of Ukraine (GOU) enhance public sector governance and property management, including planning and advancing critical reforms of Ukraines state-owned enterprises (SOE), improving GOU management of state and municipal assets, sustaining a wartime economy, and ensuring a swift and transparent reconstruction at the wars end. In addition to supporting a transparent, accountable, and effective SOE and state property sector that can meet the needs of the Ukrainian people and its economy, SOERA addresses wartime and postwar needs at the national and sub-national levels, including: Planning for and facilitating Ukraines restoration and reconstruction efforts.
