SOI Asia

SOI Asia (School on Internet Asia) project was established in 2001 with the objective of achieving education collaborations between Asian universities on the Internet, utilizing the infrastructure technology developed by AI3 (Asian Internet Interconnection Initiatives/read: ei-triple-ai) project. The project designs and implements human resource development programs in Asia in various fields, including information technology, security, marine technologies, environmental issues, cultural understandings, disaster management, and entrepreneurship. It also has partnerships with institutions such as UNESCO, APNIC, WIDE project, and others around the Asia Pacific. SOI Asia has been supported by the APNIC Foundation since 2021
