Soland 1 Limited is a full Ghanaian owned Civil Engineering, Building & Construction (Commercial & Non-Commercial Buildings), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing and a Road Construction Company. Established in Ghana 2004 by Samuel Okai Laryea (Civil Engineer) and reformed in the year 2014 and has been growing since whilst hitting the expected international standards that are necessary for any modern Ghanaian company. We bring with us wealth of knowledge and skills built up from over 20 years of construction experience working on the high-end civil engineering and large-scale private projects has meant that, very quickly it has become a functioning and effective company.
