(formerly Mindanao Solidmark Inc. ) is a corporation integrated with Securities and Exchange Commission on January 22, 1970 with the Main Branch Located at Pacana- Velez Streets, Cagayan de Oro City. Solidmark - Velez (Main Branch) started on January 22, 1970 catering to home appliance needs of the people in Cagayan de Oro and the neighboring provinces. Being at the center of Northern Mindanao, Cagayan de Oro was anticipated to become a crucial place for trade and shipping, and a vital part in the economic development of the region. As the economic activity in the region improved and increased, Solidmark Inc. resolved an expansion program to bring quality products and services to neighboring communities across Northen Mindanao.
