It all began in 1991 when Dave and Judy Somers left the franchise world of real estate in search of a better way for consumers to sell their homes, and to better serve their buyers. It was then that they started up Somers & Associates in Fairbanks, Alaska. In 2011 the company was purchased by Angie Tallant, who continues to improve upon the fantastic foundation built by Somers and Associates. The company grew to include offices in the North Pole, and Eagle River. Enabling them to cover a much broader ground of Alaska. The continued growth is evident by their new affiliation with Sothebys International Realty as of March 2020.
