South African Housing Club

The South African Housing Club (SAHC) is a pioneering and innovative one-stop housing initiative that supports low and medium-income employees better access to safe, decent, affordable and sustainable housing. The SAHC is a membership-based housing support programme provided to employees on behalf of their employer. The employer enters into a contractual agreement with the SAHC who, in return, offers members a range of housing advisory support services and benefits. The SAHC structures employer-based housing support and benefits for employees, which are accessible through club membership. The SAHC assists the member to identify their housing goal based on their specific personal needs and circumstances and with consideration of their financial capability.
