SCCAPs mission is to empower families and engage the community to pursue innovative and effective solutions to break the cycle of poverty in South Central Pennsylvania. With a robust history that has constantly evolved to fit the communitys needs, SCCAP has helped bring healthy food to thousands of food-insecure families, provide shelter for hundreds of homeless individuals, help dozens of families move out of poverty, and so much more.
