South Kent Mind is an independent charity operating across the Folkestone and Dover districts which provides support, information and advice to anyone who has experienced or is experiencing mental distress, and their circles of support. We share the view that without mental health there is no health. Most of us have either experienced mental distress ourselves or through relatives and friends.
