Southeast Soccer Club

The Mission of the Southeast Soccer is to develop the youth soccer player through a developmental soccer philosophy. The philosophy of positive teaching by role-models provides a nurturing environment for each player to gain self-confidence, self-motivation and self-discipline. All players are challenged and supported by the curriculum while forming friendships with the staff and fellow players. Southeast Soccer Club (SESC) is centered in the Southeast neighborhoods of Portland, Oregon and we are one of the largest soccer clubs in the city. SESC serves over 1100 players each year, fielding over 50 teams playing from U6 through U14. Our teams play recreational, development and competitive soccer at all levels. Many of our players have gone on to play in high school, for high-level competitive teams and clubs, and some have been on teams that won the Oregon State Cup.
