Here is our rich history... 1982 - Tom Franchina was working as a mechanic at a paper company. After hours and weekends he worked on his owe, eventually developing a part-time business with five employees. Tom stared his business, Southern California Fleet Services Inc. based out of his customers facilities. 1985 - Added mobile service trucks. 1988 - Purchased commercial property, in Riverside. 1989 - Expanded into the San Diego area. 1991 - Purchased commercial property in San Diego area. During the next few years, So Cal Fleet added employees in the Inland Empire and San Diego areas, later expanding into the low desert.
