Owned by John Fisher, a Wodonga local of 40 years, SVH is one of the regions most established home builders, with a build area expanding from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Shepparton, Echuca, Bendigo, and surrounding areas. Southern Vale Homes was founded in 1994 by Graham Searle. Since then, the company has seen continued growth and won multiple building awards. Johns passion for building began at 17 years old when he had the opportunity to work with others in building his family home.
