Southside Art Center, created in 1986 by co-founders Matt & Robin Rhoades, is a non-profit 501-C-3 serving adults with developmental disabilities to create a forum that applies the medium of opportunity, blending artistic expression, personal progress, and active citizenship toward individual empowerment. We have offices in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Auburn, Grass Valley and Roseville.
