Our long-term goal is to create an inclusive organization with Diversity & Belonging as a starting point rather than an afterthought. We seek to provide professionals with outer-space curiosity a platform upon which to build meaningful projects with diverse teams. We hope that in the future we can offer paid internships and fellowships and paid positions at market rates to those professionals, with a transparent and equitable compensation policy.
