Span Group is a multi-disciplinary property company built up of various backgrounds, skills, ages and expertise. We operate within three core departments: investment and asset management, design and development, lettings and property management. We also engage with continual professional development, research and have a charitable trust in which we work with local stakeholders to improve the areas and offer opportunity to local groups. We utilise the skills within the office as well as collaborate with a variety of industry professionals and groups in order to invest, design, develop and manage our expanding portfolio, and to find areas of opportunity in which to explore.
