A Short History The Spanish Action League of Onondaga County Inc. has been serving the needs of Hispanics in Onondaga County since its founding 40 years ago (1969). It was in November of 1969 that 5 community members with a vision to enhance and enrich this community got together and incorporated what we know today as the Spanish Action League.
