Spartans Gym Pty Ltd is a warehouse style, boutique fitness centre open daily. Situated in Kilsyth, an eastern suburb of Melbourne, it is easily accessible and provides ample parking for members. Established in 1991, Spartans Gym was the result Australian Body Building Champion, Don Mahoneys dream to set up one of the first world class gyms in Australia. In October 2011, after 20 years of business, Spartans was purchased by 4 long term members with a vision to maintain the core values synonymous with the Spartans name and in parallel, implement a number of upgrades; modernised fitness rooms and facilities, new equipment, the addition of an area dedicated to womens fitness, all new metabolic training programs derived from current medical health research/discoveries.
