Using only Red Tractor certified wheat flour and rapeseed oil allows us to support British farmers and use the best quality, local ingredients. Making us the UKs only fully Red Tractor accredited bakery. All breads are baked with care in our nut and sesame free bakeries. We bake a wide variety of breads, including mini breads, ciabattas, and frozen dough, made for chefs to explore and create. Our range includes over 60 breads registered with The Vegan Society, a number were planning to increase. Our approach to baking is simple.
