Since 1999, Specialty Tutoring has been a welcoming space for children who struggle with learning and need a professional, yet affordable option for help. We are well-established and respected in our area, with a high rate of referrals from local school districts, Fort Wayne Neuropsychology, and many satisfied parents. Specialty Tutoring fills a critical void in our community by meeting a specialized need that the schools and other services cannot. We target four curriculum areasreading fluency, math, comprehension, and writingusing research-based Lindamood-Bell programs, designed specifically for kids with diagnosed difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or ADHD. Our unique combination of these proven programs plus targeted, interactive work on cognitive learning skills (memory, attention, processing, reasoning) is an approach not found anywhere else in the area.
