Founded by 2 Belgian Nationals, Jan Demeyere and Didier Balcaen, who lost their hearts to Eastern Europe in general and Romania specifically for over a decade, Speedwell aims to develop real estate with Passion. Such Passion is reflected in the strong personal involvement of not only the shareholders but all members of the Speedwell team. Although the final aim of profit generation for its equity partners is never left out of sight, creating a sustainable addition to the Urban environment that the entire team can look back upon with pride is just as high on the list of goals, as is having fun while developing the projects.
