SPIE-OPTICA GIKI Chapter

SPIE is an international society advancing an interdisciplinary approach to the science and application of light. SPIE, an international society for optics and photonics, was founded in 1955 to advance light-based technologies. Serving approximately 180,000 constituents from more than 170 countries, the Society has advanced emerging technologies through interdisciplinary information exchange, continuing education, publications, patent precedent, and career and professional growth. SPIE GIKI Chapter was recognized in 2010 as the official chapter of the international SPIE force and currently has 31 international members.
