SPINUP IS A REACTION AND A SOLUTION TO WHAT WE SAW IN OUR COMBINED 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF DELIVERING E-COMMERCE SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS FROM INSIDE DIGITAL AGENCIES. While working on creating on-shore, near-shore and off-shore teams, we got a real insight into exactly what works and what doesnt. In creating the business model for SpinUP we considered three common types of client maturity and what would be best for them. 1. In the first instance we looked at early stage clients that needs high levels of hand holding and support from digital agencies. We knew this model well and knew that resourcing is a constant challenge so we created an offering to train developers and offer them to agencies on a flexible, on-demand basis. 2. Secondly we looked at ecommerce businesses at the other end of the maturity spectrum.
