At Spiral, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and that no ones background should ever predetermine their future. Spiral is an innovative career programme working with Londons young people to build confidence, raise aspirations and develop work relevant skills. A social enterprise based in Lambeth, Spiral was born in response to stubbornly high youth unemployment rates. Through our background in youth work and teaching, we witnessed the barriers young people were facing to the world of work, and aim to break them down.
