In 2019, Spoke Cycle and Fitness was created to bring the Rochester, NY area a new, innovative approach to working out. With a beat-based cycle studio that makes you want to get up and dance and a bootcamp room that feels more like a night club than a gym, Spoke was built on the idea that fitness can and should be fun. Spoke is about much more than a gym. Its a sweat party. The lights go down, the music goes up, and you leave the rest of the world behind you for 45 minutes. Our instructors guide you through an immersive, total body fitness experience that makes you forget that youre actually working out.
