Founded in 2020, SpoonMoon is a heated fitness and wellness studio that unites the power of the physical body to move with the energetic magnetism of the soul. Through heated cycle, HIIT {high intensity interval training}, LIIT {low impact interval training}, and meditation we offer a space that serves any fitness ability in a most inclusive way. Our fitness professionals + front desk team are thoughtfully trained to provide modifications, encouragement, and a completely safe environment at all costs. The option of multiple fitness modalities within our space allows for injury prevention, recovery, and surges based on how your body feels and what your brain desires.
