Sprout is on a mission to change the way people think about food. Local, seasonal & flavourful eating isnt something we say because it sounds good, its fundamental to creating food thats game changing. Its the secret behind the best restaurants in the world and is something we think can be for everyone. We want to inspire people, just like weve been, by local, in-season produce at the peak of its flavour, served in a delicious and balanced way. Alongside customer favourites such as the Middle Eastern Chicken, Umami Knows Best and Crispy Bombay Bowl, we are always developing new menu items which launch across the seasons of the year. Over the last 9 years weve served millions of customers not only in our 7 restaurants but across offices and homes all over Dublin.
