Located on the NH-5 at Boyapalem, Guntur, Sri Anantha Lakshmi Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd. (SALSM) was established in the year 2005 with an initial capacity of 14,400 spindles specialized in manufacturing 100% cotton yarn of various counts. Within 5 years from its initial commencement, SALSM expanded its total capacity to 26,000 spindles with a turnover of around Rs.90 Crores (US$ 14 Million). The unit is equipped with LMW and Reiter make machines from blow room to spinning and a combination of Murata and Schlafhorst make Autoconers. SALSM is known for best quality and prompt delivery and for the same reason majority of the production is exported to other countries. The unit produces different yarns of counts ranging between 30s to 40s both carded and combed and has established very strong foothold in national and international market.
