Sriwijaya University

Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) is one of the well-known State Universities in Sumatra, Indonesia precisely in South Sumatra Province, UNSRI is also the most favorite PTN in the selection of SNMPTN and SBMPTN. UNSRI has 2 main campus locations namely in Palembang City and in Indralaya City, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia, established on October 29, 1960. The idea to have a tertiary institution in South Sumatra has existed since the early 1950s, which was sparked at an occasion to celebrate Independence Day on August 17, 1952. Initiated by a number of community leaders, it was transformed into an agreement to form the South Sumatra Faculty of Agriculture . Towards the end of August 1952, with various considerations, it was determined that the first to be established was the faculty of economics.
