St. Andrews Public Service District (SAPSD) provides fire, rescue, and first responder services, environmental services, and street lighting to approximately 18,600 people in two districts located in West Ashley (Charleston), SC. St. Andrews Public Service District houses St. Andrews Fire Department, the Department of Environmental Services, and the Office of Administration.
