St Anns Hospice provides free care and support for over 3,000 patients and their families and carers every year, who are affected by cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses. Our aim is to provide the highest levels of support and care to our patients and their carers and families, making a real difference to peoples lives. What does it cost? Our care is free of charge but St Anns has to raise 20,000 every day so our specialised staff can provide the highest quality care. Who do we care for? St Anns cares and helps around 3,000 patients (over the age of 16) and their families and carers every year who are affected by cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual person. Around 40% of inpatients at St Anns return home after treatment. Where do we care? St Anns provides care on 3 sites and in peoples own homes, working in partnership with acute hospitals, primary care trusts, community services and voluntary org...
