St. Antonys International Review

St. Antonys International Review (STAIR) is a peer-reviewed Journal of International Affairs established in 2005 at St. Antonys College at the University of Oxford. STAIR seeks to reflect an ethos of open, accessible, and engaged intellectual debate. It provides a forum in which emerging scholars can publish their work alongside established academics and policy-makers and operates a double-blind peer review process.
