The St John Ambulance & Rescue Service is a Guernsey-based charitable company, part of the Bailiwick of Guernseys Commmandery of St John, which operates, with the authority of the local government the Islands emergency ambulance service. It operates 24 hours a day, providing accident and emergency cover and paramedic response and a non-emergency patient transport service.
