St Lukes CARES is a registered charity (1097720) established in 2003 based in inner South Leeds. We are a charity committed to making inner South Leeds a better place by building the skills, abilities and confidence of local people to reach their potential, we have a track record of over 20 years of working in this community and seeking to see it thrive through our various community projects, youth projects, charity shop and supported volunteering schemes. They include; -The Rise and Shine Project supporting young people -First Steps project providing employability skills through accredited retail training -An Asset Based Community Development project supporting residents in communities -Baby Shine a young mums health project -Dewsbury Road Charity Shop and Furniture Warehouse to help those in poverty access goods -Free ESOL Classes
