Mission and Philosophy SEAS is committed to providing effective, compassionate ABA services and support to each of our families. Our mission is to facilitate growth and independence in the individuals we serve by providing individualized, quality ABA services and family support. We recognize that every child is different, that every family has their own set of challenges. We understand that each of our children has a team supporting them and that everyone on that team is important. With that in mind, we focus on collaboration between all members of the childs team, including parents, teachers and other professionals. We set goals and create plans that are feasible for the childs parents to implement and provide training so that parents are comfortable doing so. We keep in touch with everyone on the childs team to ensure everyone is on the same page during treatment.
