Stamped Products Inc. (SPI) offers full-service capabilities in metal stamping, robotic welding, product development, and value-added assembly. We specialize in medium to high-volume stamping services for precision automotive components and the utility / all-terrain vehicle industries. Our diverse contract manufacturing experience also includes the industrial equipment sector, major appliances, and HVAC components. Based out of Gadsden, Alabama, SPIs state-of-the-art facility integrates some of the industrys most advanced and capable metal stamping technology: Variable speed presses from 300 ton to 660 ton. Progressive presses outfitted with servo feed lines. 660T press equipped with a linear servo transfer system and blank feeder. Additionally, our facility includes a full-service automated welding department offering resistance and MIG. SPI is capable of streamlining your project from start to finish whether it involves simple metal stampings or complex welded assemblies
