Stanmore Implants can trace its origins back 60 years to its foundation within the Institute of Orthopaedics at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, north London. Professor John Scales was the early pioneer of replacement bones and joints affected by malignancy and other destructive diseases. To this day Stanmore Implants endeavours to continue this pioneering work, and to deliver innovative prosthetic solutions to orthopaedic surgeons worldwide. We are a highly specialised organisation, focussing on orthopaedic oncology, and complex primary and revision cases in the upper limb, lower limb and pelvis. We believe in working closely with our orthopaedic surgeons to achieve the most effective surgical outcomes.
