SCOPE OF WORK TO BE CARRIED BY US:- 1) Carrying out structural audit with survey report aided by NDT test & prepare the report in Auto-Cad. 2) Estimate cost based on the Audit Report & recommendation for the interanl & external repairs & rehabilition work. 3) Technical Specification as per NBCC & CPWD (General report of the contract) 4) Daily report & Supervision of work. 5)Legal Documentation (Signing an agreement between contractor & society) 6) Scrutiny of bill and certification of work with finalisation of final bill. 7) Recommendation of release of retention amount after defect liability period as per tender condition. 8) Guarantee for the specialised work to be taken & submitted....
