StartGroup is the only real estate agency on the Costa del Sol that is officially licensed by API as well as members of AIPP, G.I.P.E, C.E.P.I. ; the European Association of Real Estate Professionals. All our staff is externally licensed by Iberdata in the Andalusian property law, LOPD & GDPR, European AML directive. In 2021 StartGroup was the first company in the world to have all staff training certified by the international organisation AIPP.
