The Delaware Criminal Justice Council is the State Administering Agency of multiple federal grant programs that will enhance the criminal justice system in Delaware. As the State Administering Agency of several federal grant programs, the Criminal Justice Council is responsible for assuring that subrecipients (subgrantees) also comply with all of the applicable Federal civil rights laws, including the requirements of developing and submitting an EEOP, reporting Findings of Discrimination, and providing language services to LEP persons.
