Statia Government

The Statia Government serves as the municipal body for the Dutch Caribbean Island bearing the same name. With a civil service comprising around 170 employees, led by the Island Secretary as the organisations general manager. Supporting our operations are three essential offices: The Administrative Support Office Governors Cabinet Registrars Office Additionally, our organisational structure includes four directorates: Operations & Customer Service Social Domain Economy, Nature & Infrastructure Transport. Alongside Bonaire and Saba, St. Eustatius is an integral part of the Netherlands. Spanning a modest 21 km2, the island is home to a population of approximately 3,200 residents and has its own international airport and harbour.
