Statistisches Beratungslabor (StaBLab) - Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat

The statistical consulting unit StaBLab was founded in 1997 and is part of the Institute of Statistics, LMU (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat Munchen). Its aim is scientific consultation on statistical problems from diverse disciplines such as economics, engineering, sociology, psychology, biology or ecology. Empirical research projects in these areas provide opportunities for a mutually beneficial and interdisciplinary cooperation. On the one hand, the problem-adequate application of statistics for the respective issues is of great importance.
