Step Up for India aims to change the quality of education in government schools across India. Our structured programs enable children in vernacular medium government schools to learn English in the shortest time possible. This effective and enjoyable curriculum can be taught by teachers in government schools and volunteers, who we train with short, intensive experiential training modules. The learning materials themselves embed capacity building so the teachers can upskill themselves as they teach.
