These principles are the be-all and end-all for us at Sternglas. The Sternglas story began with founder Dustin Fontaines desire to establish his own watch brand. His passion for watches, minimalistic designs and one crucial question gave him the impetus for this desire: Why is good design for wristwatches, mainly in Bauhaus design, no longer affordable for everyone today? This question led to the first milestone for Sternglas. Our mission is to create timepieces that meet the highest quality standards. Timeless designs that survive trends and a workmanship that survives (almost) everything.
