Stiftung Arbeitskette

We, the Stiftung Arbeitskette (a non-profit foundation in the field of work integration/integration), opened our first restaurant with workplaces for psychologically disabled employees in 1994. Today we run several restaurants and a catering business in the Zurich region. In our restaurants, we offer young adults with a disability an apprenticeship in gastronomy or retail. Together with them we create the basis for a self-determined (professional) life. In addition, we offer adults with health restrictions or with a refugee background a job in an appreciative environment and enable welfare recipients who cannot find employment in the primary labor market to resume...
