Stoeppelwerth and Associates Inc. was started by Richard M. Stoeppelwerth on February 12th, 1962. His vision was to have a business that provided a wide variety of engineering and surveying services. Since its inception, Stoeppelwerth specializes in the design of subdivisions and multi-family residential developments as well as small commercial projects. Our team works closely with clients to develop small and large tracts of land into completed developments. This includes land planning, zoning assistance, land surveying, color exhibits, preparation of construction plans, plats, construction staking, surveys and as-builts.
