Stone Mill Bakery

Stone Mill Bakery is a small, artisan wholesale bakery dedicated to the traditional art of baking European style breads and pastry. We take pride in producing a consistently high quality product and pleasure in delivering to a variety of Baltimore and Annapolis finest establishments. We are committed to sourcing the finest quality ingredients, like Tupelo honey from the Apalachicola river region in Florida, unbleached and unbromated King Arthur Special flour or Valrhona chocolate from France. We use as little machinery as possible in our production, relying instead on well trained, experienced hands and preserving the true craft of artisanal baking. Using a traditional slow fermentation process that allows our breads to rise naturally overnight, we bake everything fresh to order, without preservatives.
