Our strategy is simple - creating mixed-tenure communities and building more affordable homes and homes for rent in collaboration with our partners for which we have a genuine passion and enthusiasm. We want to foster long-lasting relationships with our partners who share our aspirations in changing the landscape of property development and play our part in solving the UKs housing crisis. Our aim is to create homes that our owners love, and we only build homes that we would want to live in ourselves. Stonebond is a privately owned partnerships housebuilder focused on the delivery of high quality, mixed-tenure developments across the Northern and Southern Home Counties and the Midlands. We work in partnership with Registered Providers, local authorities, PRS Investors and Homes England, whilst also delivering private housing schemes.
